Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Das Creative LLC ("Zohvia", "we", "us"). They govern your use of zohvia.com and its web application (the "Service"). By selecting the acceptance control, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the version-dated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The current Service

Zohvia currently provides:

• free birth-chart calculations in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu;
• optional accounts, data export, and account deletion;
• paid Kundli and Match reports with supported chart facts, PDFs, revocable share links, and report corrections.

Free traditional Match calculations, paid Match report access, and new Plus subscriptions are available. No practitioner research form is offered. Customers can use the billing portal, export account data, delete reports, and request a refund.

Exact birth time and an explicit place/timezone selection are required. Paid reports contain the categorical chart facts described in the product; they exclude forecasts, timing advice, life-area scores, remedies, and hosted AI interpretation. Zohvia does not offer astrologer consultations, auspicious-time services, INR or UPI checkout, practitioner tools, APIs, widgets, white-label services, native apps, or bulk reports. Research pages do not promise that any of those products will be built or launched.

3. Eligibility and another person's data

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. The Service is not for children. If you enter another adult's birth details, you confirm that you have their informed permission for this use and for any result you calculate. Do not enter another person's information to monitor, pressure, deceive, or harm them. A compatibility result never determines whether anyone should begin, continue, or end a relationship.

4. Accounts and inputs

• Protect your sign-in method and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Provide complete, accurate inputs. A wrong date, exact time, place, or timezone can materially change the output.
• A free calculation does not require an account and does not save a birth profile or report.
• A paid report action sends the required inputs and calculated categorical facts to Zohvia's servers so the report can be saved, downloaded, shared, corrected, or deleted.
• Before creating a Match report, you must confirm the other adult's informed permission for the report and its requested storage or sharing.

5. Automated language features

Hosted AI questions, readings, and explanations are disabled and are not included in any current free or paid product. The current Service does not send birth details, report facts, or questions to an AI provider. Any future AI feature requires a separately reviewed product, privacy disclosure, and release before use.

6. Prices, payment, access, and refunds

• All prices and charges are in United States dollars (USD). Current offers are $29 USD one-time for Kundli Report access, $49 USD one-time for Match Report access, and $19 USD/month for Zohvia Plus.
• Zohvia Plus is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until canceled. It has no free trial. Cancel through the billing portal before the next renewal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.
• Plus subscriptions include Kundli and Match report access, PDFs, revocable share links, and correction capabilities. Customers can request help or a refund under the Refund Policy. Access ends when the paid period ends or the subscription is otherwise revoked.
• The one-time alternatives are not subscriptions. Access starts only after Stripe confirms payment, applies only to the purchased report type, and remains available while the account and entitlement remain valid. A refund, reversal, dispute outcome, account deletion, or misuse remedy can revoke the associated entitlement.
• Stripe hosts checkout and collects payment details. The final total, including any applicable tax, is shown before payment. Zohvia does not receive or store a full card number.
• Paid products do not include hosted AI, human review, a consultation, an INR or UPI payment rail, or a trial conversion.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service unlawfully, deceptively, abusively, or to harass or surveil a person;
• submit data you have no right to use or share a link without authority;
• present an output as certified fact, professional advice, scientific evidence, or a guaranteed prediction;
• probe, bypass, or interfere with authentication, payment, rate limits, security, or availability;
• scrape, resell, copy, or reverse-engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
• misuse refunds, disputes, accounts, or payment methods.

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risk, or legal obligations.

8. Ownership and permitted report use

You retain rights in the personal information you provide. Das Creative LLC and its licensors retain rights in the Service, software, design, explanatory copy, and report templates. You may use a calculation for personal, non-commercial reflection. You may not resell it or represent it as a professional certification.

9. Service availability and changes

We may correct, secure, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or that a feature will remain unchanged. Export information you need and retain your own copy of information you need. Account deletion is described in Data & Account Deletion.

10. Warranty disclaimer and limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties. We do not warrant that any calculation, interpretation, report, or generated response is accurate, complete, available, or suitable for a decision.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Das Creative LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the Service or a decision based on an output. To the extent permitted by applicable law, aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to it. These limits do not exclude rights or liability that law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

11. Applicable law and disputes

Applicable law, mandatory consumer rights, and courts with proper jurisdiction govern disputes. Before filing a claim, you may contact us so the parties can try to resolve the issue informally. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking urgent relief or exercising a non-waivable right.

12. Changes and versioned consent

We may update these Terms. The effective/version date identifies the terms presented for acceptance. When the version changes, the product requires acceptance of the new Terms and Privacy Policy before continued product use. Prior unversioned acceptance does not count as acceptance of this version.
